The Turkish occupation militias and the Muslim Brotherhood continue to restrict the indigenous Kurds in the occupied Kurdish Afrin region and mistreat them in every way, including the Samarkand militia which kidnapped Kurdish citizens in the village of Dala / Daliyanli.
Where gunmen from the “Samarkand” militia, led by the “Abu Jihad” returning four days ago from Libya, kidnapped seven Kurdish citizens of the in the village of “Dala” of the “Mobata” district on the third of this July.
In the details, the so-called “Abu Jihad” asked a number of citizens from the village of “Dala”, to work as bonded labor in the militia headquarters in the village of “Ruta / Rutanli”, specifically in a villa owned by the engineer “Ahmed Shafiq Yusef”, with the aim of using the villa as the headquarters and a detention, investigation, and torture center, but the citizens refused to respond to the request for work, so they were kidnapped, and were subjected to brutal beatings, torture and insults.
1- The elderly Abdul Karim Hamada (65 years old) and his son Rezan (27 years old).
2- Ahmed Aziz (48 years old) and his son Khaled (20 years old).
3- Nizar Shukry Chilo (27 years old).
4- Shiar Ali Ahmed Jawa (22 years old) and his brother, whose name has not been known.
As a result of the torture, the young man, Khaled Ahmed Aziz, was seriously injured and was subsequently transferred to a hospital in the city center of Afrin, who is in a critical health condition. As for the elderly Abdul Karim Hamadeh, he was also subjected to severe beatings and torture and was placed in a sheet and was thrown in front of his house, but he refused going to Afrin to receive treatment, due to a psychological trauma as a result of the gunmen not taking into account his old age or any of the moral values.
After, Malik Muhammad Hanan, from the village of Dala, mediated with the militants, they released the kidnapees after paying unknown financial ransoms.
