Yesterday, Sunday, the militia of the “Military Police” of the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood in the occupied Kurdish Afrin region, north of Syria, arrested a group of Kurdish citizens from different locations in the region’s center, under the pretext of dealing with the “Syrian Democratic Forces”.

The Afrin Post correspondent in the Territory Center said that the citizen “Mohammed Hamdoush” from the village of “Jogih / Juwaiq” and the lawyer “Luqman Hanan” from the villages of “Haj Qasim” were arrested by the militia of the aforementioned militia.

He pointed out that “Mohamed Hamdouche” had been released after paying $ 500, while the fate of lawyer “Luqman” is still unknown.

Simultaneously, the same militia arrested yesterday, Kurdish citizens, “Aqid Hamo” and “Munther Habash”, who are in their thirties, and are from the village of Dikah, from their workplace in the industrial area of ​​the Afrin center.

Also, yesterday, the “Military Police” militia arrested the Kurdish citizen, Ahmed Rashid, known as “Abu Mazloum”, who is 60 years old, when he was heading to the “Marateh / Maratah” prison, in order to visit his detained son there, before he This militia also arrests him, upon his arrival in prison.

Islamic militias rely on kidnapping as a means of obtaining money, which is one of the methods they have used since the beginning of the occupation of Afrin, while the Turkish occupation supervises these operations as one of the methods of displacing the Kurds and preventing the displaced from returning.
