Islamic militias affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood, who are known as the “Syrian National Army / Free Army”, continue to impose a set of royalties and practices that lead to impoverishment and harassing them in order to displace them for the benefit of the settlers.
In the context, the Afrinpost reporter in the “Shieh / Sheikh Al-Hadid” district said that “Al-Waqqas militia” imposed a financial royalty on the residents of the villages of “Hekeche” and “Senareh” on the pretext of water bills, although charities run the water pumping station and pay its expenses.
The reporter indicated that the militia imposes an amount of four thousand Syrian pounds per month on each house in the two mentioned villages.
The royalties in the two villages only a continuation of the robberies, seizures and imposition of royalties that have been committed since the occupation of Afrin, the most recent of which was announced by the “Afrinpost” reporter on the twenty-sixth of last May.
