A Turkish employee of Afrin Water Company violates the rights of the rest of the staff

Afrinpost – Special

The Turkish occupation continues to fight the livelihood of the remaining indigenous Kurdish population in the occupied Afrin region, by imposing a set of royalties and practices that ultimately lead to impoverishment and harassment in order to displace them in favor of settlers loyal to it.

In the context, “Afrinpost” learned from its sources that a Turkish employee called “Argaman” is employing the Afrin Water Company staff in his own projects, without paying them wages.

The sources confirmed that the called “Argaman” recently took the workers of the water workshop of the Afrin Water Company to Jenderes-Hammam Road, to clean the rainwater drainage tanks on both sides of the road without paying their wages.

Noting that the workers could not refuse his orders or claim their wages because the settler director of the company, “Abdul Qadir Al-Hafiz” threatened to dismiss them if they did not obey the Turkish employee.

Since the Turkish military occupation was applied to the Kurdish region, the occupation has kidnapped many employees of the Water Corporation, in addition to dismissing many, including the former director of the institution, to hire a settler called “Abdul Qadir Al-Hafiz.” from the city of Marea as its director.
