The Afrinpost correspondent in the occupied Kurdish region of Afrin, said that the Islamic militias affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood continue to seize the properties of the indigenous kurdish people, by armed force and coercion.
In this context, the “Ahrar Al-Sharqiya” militia expelled, on Monday, two elderly Kurds from their home in the Mahmudiyah neighborhood, where a settler family lived in their place, and they told the elderly kurds that they could go and stay in their relatives homes.
The Afrinpost correspondent said that the Islamic militia expelled the elderly “Abu Hassan and his wife” from their house located in the vicinity of the industrial school in the Mahmudiyah neighborhood, today, Monday, and asked them to move in with their relatives.
The source added that the gunmen did not only expel the old couple from their house, but rather took out the contents of their house and sold it, and instead of them settled a settler family from Deir Al-Zour from the “Ahrar Al-Sharqiya” group in it.
The incident is only a continuation of the ongoing robberies and seizures since the occupation of Afrin, as well as the prevention of Islamic militias in many villages, the return of the indigenous people to their homes and properties, on the pretext that they have become military headquarters for Islamic militias, or that settlers have settled in!
