Last Monday, a military convoy of Islamic militias affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood went from the occupied Kurdish region of Afrin to the Al-Ghazawiya crossing point with the city of Idlib, on the pretext of sending support to Idlib and joining the battles against the Russian forces and the regime’s army.
The Afrinpost correspondent in the center of Afrin stated that dozens of militias of the “Al-Shamiya Front” militia conducted a play called “Sending Support to Idlib” in Kawa roundabout, amidst religious chants and enthusiastic slogans, and then the military convoy went towards the Ghazawiya crossing.
In the other hand, the reporter confirmed that the convoy wrapped around the village of “Shadereh/ Sheikh Al-Deir” south of Afrin, returning individually for each vehicle to the city center of Afrin, in order not to draw the attention of the citizens and claiming that the frame left for Idlib, carrying out a play for a propaganda purpose only.
“Adnan Al-Ahmad” the head of the so-called “Staff of the Spring of Peace” ,on the 25th of last December, claimed that the Islamic militias named (the National Army) possessed the men and the equipment needed to repel the attacks of the Syrian regime and Russia on Idlib, and their ability to stop its progress.
