Increase in thefts of grocery shops, with the arrival of people fleeing from Idlib and the western countryside of Aleppo

Armed men from the “Naim” group of the “Al-Shamiya Front” militia stole on the 23rd of January, tow grocery shop in Al-Ashrafiya neighborhood on Al-Sarafis road, the first belongs to the Kurdish citizen Abu Khalil next to Shibli sweets, and the second belongs to a settler from Al-Ghouta named “Abu Muhammad” He opens a store in the estate he occupies, which belongs to the Arab citizen Saeed Sabbagha ,who is from the Umairat tribe.

In Al-Mahmoudiyah neighborhood, during the past two weeks, there were thefts of five stores of grocery, which were opened by settlers from the people of Ghouta by gunmen from the Ahrar Eastern militia, and a store of grocery was stolen in the vicinity of the Tishreen School and another under the Mahmoudiya gas station.

It is noteworthy that the incidents of night theft increased with the arrival of people fleeing from the western countryside of Aleppo and Idlib, as a result of bombing by the regime army and Russian forces.
