“Abu al-Nur” is a militia leader from “Sultan Murad”: his hobby is blackmailing and extortion in Afrin

After the Turkish military occupation was applied to the Kurdish region of Afrin in March 2018, with time passing, bright names emerged in the world of banditry and looting among the militants of the Islamic militias affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood, who identify themselves with many names such as the “National Army or the Free Army” and others.

Among them, the so-called “Abu al-Nur” of the “Abu al-Faruq” group affiliated to the militia of “Sultan Murad Brigade”, where the latter received the file of collecting money from settlers and Kurdish indigenous people, who occupy real estate within his security sector that extends close to Jenderes Road, in the vicinity of Amouri carwash.

And the so-called “Abu Al-Nour” receives the file of collecting money for real estate in his armed sector, whether from the shops or houses whose residents were displaced by the Turkish war on the Kurdish region, in which they represented the role of the wielding knife of the Syrian side, by justifying the invasion of the Turkish occupation. And pave the way for the annexation of Syrian territory and the establishment of a pro-Muslim Brotherhood entity affiliated with Turkey, similar to the Republic of Northern Cyprus.

Kurdish civilians in Afrin confirmed that the “Abu al-Nur” had previously plundered rental homes with official contracts from the Kurdish residents, where the tenants were taken out, and the seizure of homes for rent to settlers, and the rentals in exchange for the real Kurdish owners, in a group of buildings in the vicinity of the Amuri carwash and the Afrin Jenderes road .

At the end of last November, a video of an armed man from the occupation in Afrin appeared, boasting firmly of the cash after the robberies and arming operations carried out by the militias in northern Syria, it was not clear if they were in Afrin or Sere Kaniye / Ras al-Ain.
