“Al-Sharqiya” militia expels a Kurdish elderly woman from her home in Kura village

Islamic militias affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood have expelled the Kurdish population from their homes to settle deserters from the areas of clashes in Idlib, in light of the continuous flow of displaced persons to the occupied Kurdish Afrin region, northwest of Syria.

In connection with that, the militia “Ahrar al-Sharqiya” expelled the Kurdish elderly “Gule Haj Hussein” from her house in the village of Kura / Kuran in the district of Jenderes, and forced her to join her son in his house, in preparation for the settlement of an Idlib family in its place.

To that, Afrin Media Center stated that the gunmen of the “Samarkand” militia prevent the citizen “Zahida Haj Abdo” from entering her house in the village of “Kafr Safra”, despite waiting of an entire year of her return to the village, in addition to expelling the Hussein family and the Hassanu family from the houses they inhabited after the destruction their homes in the village during the Turkish invasion of the region.

The center added that the occupation militias seized the home of “Hassan Murshid” and “Abdo Morshed” in the village of Muskah, Jinderes, and housing the settlers instead of them with the aim of completing the demographic modification plan in the occupied Kurdish region.

The new settlement operations are concentrated in the areas of Jenderes and “Shiye / Sheikh Al-Hadid”, as its villages witnessed the settlement of more deserters from the battle areas in the southern and eastern countryside of Idlib, during which the regime forces took control of dozens of villages and towns after battles with Islamic and jihadist militias in the area.
