The Afrin Liberation Forces (AFL) said on Friday that it had carried out a qualitative operation against the militants of the Islamic militias of the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood, which resulted in the elimination of 3, the arrest of another, and the seizure of a quantity of weapons.
The forces issued a statement to public opinion, revealing the outcome of an operation carried out by their forces on Friday, in the village of Mariamin of the “Shara \ Sharan” in the countryside of the occupied Afrin province.
The forces said they carried out an infiltration of the positions of militants belonging to the militia of the Third Legion and the militia, “Sham Front”, resulting in the killing of three militants, in addition to the arrest of another.
The statement also noted that the fighters seized quantities of weapons: “four AK-47, one RPG-7, as well as a BKC submachine gun.”
